Our company is supplying powdered foils 0.020 in. (0.5 mm) and 0.030 in. (0.8 mm) thick, width up to 6 in. of the following titanium brazing filler metals:

Foils are supplied in the form of strips, see pictures below. Narrow bands can be cut by inclined throat shears.

 

Powder foils are suitable for brazing large plates of:

        titanium,

        Ni-V alloys,

        tantalum,

        oxide ceramics,

        titanium diboride ceramic,

 

as well as for infiltration ceramic powders and coarse in the manufacture of wear-resistant composite materials.
